    The tasks:

    Introducing new brand, services, colours and customisation to create a consumer centric product portfolio.

    Creation of an affiliate program as part of the owner journey incl. safety features and an app.

    Repositioning the brand and look & feel incl. bikes, social, website  and POS. New content strategy, CMS, CRM and web UX (gallery, shop.app, funnel , a simplified menu, bike colours, new graphic design elements.

    Building partnerships (e.g. Snipes, McDonalds, Madeone, Cleanwave, hotels, bike rentals). First flagship showroom as pilot for international retail partnerships in Berlin, Palma, Paris, Amsterdam and Taiwan – as a start.

    Creation of a growth plan, investor narrative & pitch, campaigns connected to performance and UD’s social ecosystem.
